The series places a heavy focus on the main characters, such as Annikin Skywalker, Padmé Naberrie, Crispin Hadaack, Dormé Parricida, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Mace Windy, and Yoda. Ussej Padric Bac will also make a number of appearances as the Shaman of the Whills. Additionally, a sub-story involving a secret Jedi organization called the Order of Veritas will be explored. All of these stories will lead directly into Star Wars: Episode II - Dawn of an Empire.
The number of novels in the series has yet to be determined. Three novels, however, have been named, though it has not been announced if they are back to back.
