Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords is a single-player role-playing game developed by Obsidian Entertainment and published by LucasArts. It is a sequel to Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. The Sith Lords chronicled the events in the years following the first Knights of the Old Republic, portraying the Sith Civil War and the First Jedi Purge following the Jedi Civil War. The game centers around the Jedi Exile, a Jedi who was exiled from the Jedi Order following her participation in the Mandalorian Wars, and her encounters with Darth Traya and the Lost Jedi.
The Sith Lords is a canon Star Wars story, but it is also considered canon in the Alternative Star Wars Saga by the Alternative Saga authors. This does not imply or suggest a relationship with, endorsement of, or awareness of the Alternative Saga by the author and publisher of the Alternative Star Wars Saga.
