The Second Utapau Civil War was a conflict between the numerous Human settlements, including Ogana, on Utapau around 1,022 BBY. The conflict ended during the reign of King Jafan of Ogana, which allowed the settlements to unify and declare Ogana to be the planet's capital. The Humans of Utapau existed in peace with one another from that time forward.[1]
