Pak Pak was the language of the Neimoidian people. During the Invasion of Utapau, launched by the Neimoidian-controlled Trade Federation in 22 BBY, it was the belief of many in the galaxy that the Neimoidians were arrogant towards their language, as it appeared to people that the Neimoidians would refuse to speak Galactic Basic Standard in favor of Pak Pak. Nevertheless, some Neimoidians, such as Rune Haako, were able to speak Galactic Basic Standard, albeit reluctantly.[1]
