Ord Mirit was a planet in the Colonies. Following the Alsakan Union's invasion and capture of Coruscant in 13,000 BBY, Supreme Chancellor Relana Isolde Tanoor re-located the Republic's government and military leaders to Ord Mirit. From there, the Republic's leaders began planning a counter-offensive against the Alsakans, though Jedi Grand Master Banik Kelrada was able to convince Tanoor to hold off on the attack so he could attempt to end the war peacefully.[1] Kelrada's efforts ultimately failed.[2]
