Chief Justice

The Chief Justice was the leader of the Supreme Court of the Galactic Republic, as well as the entire judicial branch of government. The Chief Justice was one of only twelve Supreme Court Justices who served at one time. Like the other justices, the Chief Justice was nominated by the Supreme Chancellor and confirmed by a vote in the Galactic Senate.^[1]
