Bib Fortuna was an aide to Jabba the Hutt in the Hutt's Anchorhead office in 22 BBY. That year, Sarus, the leader of the Ophuchi Clan of hermits on Tatooine, spoke with Fortuna and arranged for Annikin Skywalker, who Sarus believed was the Chosen One, to be released from his family's sharecropping contract that was held by the Hutts. In order to gain his freedom, Skywalker would have to win a race against his swoop racing rival, Sebulba. Skywalker, however, refused the offer.[1]
